Bio
2025 marks Jon's fourteenth season as head coach of the REDS women's soccer team.
In 2024, Crossland earned his second Atlantic University Sport Coach of the Year Award (2024, 2014), guiding the REDS to a 9-2-1 regular season record and a berth in the conference championship game.
Crossland was named the REDS' Coach of the Year for the 2024-2025 seasons.
Prior to taking over as head coach of the women's team, he worked as as assistant coach with UNB's men's soccer team between 2005 and 2012.
Crossland is a former member of UNB's men's team and remains second in REDS all-time scoring. During his playing days, Crossland was named an Atlantic Conference all-star three times.
Crossland holds a Soccer Canada 'B' coaching licence.
Jon is married to Erin (Holowaychuk) Crossland, a former member of the REDS women's volleyball team and a former assistant coach with that program. The couple have two children, Hadley and Campbell.
